Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Products may be in high demand so you may experience a slight delay in shipping.  We aim to get products to you within 14 -21 business days maximum. 

Postal service problems due to COVID-19 are out of our control.  We will aim to get products to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping for purchases up to $65 AUD (or calculated in your local currency) shipping rates will be calculated at checkout for the country you are buying.  

All orders over $65 shipping will be free worldwide.  

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, the European continent, Asia, and China. 

At this time, we do not ship to the African continent, Russia.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@selfcare-emporium.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
